Dr. Watt is one of the Heroes. He is a Rare hero.

Description

As the smartest member on the continent, proficient in engineering and manufacturing, he was locked away by humans to develop weapons. Dr. Watt ultimately escaped from human claws by constructing mechanical armor made from scrap materials.
